Living in my tiny Korean kitchen, i've been discouraged before. I've made and epic bowl of ceviche with my prized avocados that I splurged on, only to accidentally knock in to the ground with about two bites salvageable. Let's come together and share our woes and successes of working in our tiny kitchens.
I want to show all of us that it doesn't matter the size of what you're working with. Greatness is possible! We've done great solo meals cooking for the week, and even pushed ourselves on the epic Group dinner serving 15 wonderful hungry friends!
We all have different situations, whether we are feeding our families, living alone and preparing meals for one, trying to cook our favorite comfort food from home working with limited supplies.
Let's all use this space and share what creativity we've found and how we've made it work. Let's keep out passion of cooking alive and inspire others with what can be done!
